Yes, all our perfumes are 100% original and come directly from authorized retailers.
Where exactly do your perfumes come from?
Most of our perfumes are manufactured in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). However, we source them exclusively from official European distributors. Mainly from Italy and the Netherlands.
Do perfume packages always include a box, lid, and seal?
Yes, we provide you with every perfume complete—with box, cap, and the original seal.
Can I also order testers or perfumes without packaging?
Yes, you can order testers by sending us an email at tester@100-ml.ch.
However, we do not ship perfumes without packaging.
How long does delivery take?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
Who delivers my order?
All our orders are shipped via Swiss Post.
What can I do if I only notice upon delivery that I have ordered the wrong product?
